Mission Statement

Act.Serve.Lead. We provide leadership development and service opportunities for student leaders across Oregon through the Oregon Association of Student Councils (OASC). The COSA foundation supports scholarships for students to attend camps and trainings and to make sure that ALL students have the opportunity to better themselves and their communities.
