Mission Statement
Hacienda CDC is a Latino Community Development Corporation that strengthens families by providing affordable housing, homeownership support, economic advancement and educational opportunities.
About This Cause
Hacienda CDC is a culturally specific, Latino-led organization with over thirty years’ experience providing necessary affordable housing and supportive services to low-income individuals and families. Today, we have 11 affordable housing communities with over 730 community-centered rental homes serving over 2,100 individuals in the Portland metropolitan region. This includes Las Adelitas, 142 new affordable rental homes that just opened to residents in December 2022. We go beyond housing to offer a holistic array of programs to support individuals and families in our resident communities and in the community at large to start their own businesses, advance their education, and build assets including purchasing a home.
