About This Cause
Quest Center for Integrative Health is a nonprofit, community-based health center founded in 1989. Our mission is "Quest Center provides integrative healthcare services, education, and inclusive community support to people seeking a wellness-focused approach to living and dying. " We believe strongly in excellence of service, and that the same quality and variety of care options should be available to all of our patients, regardless of income, insurance, gender, or sexual orientation. Our commitment to evidence-based practice with at-risk populations is fundamental to our work and essential to the health of our community. Through our integrated, multidisciplinary approach to health care in a community-based setting, we strive to empower people, nurture community, and promote health and well being by meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of our clients. Our licensed, credentialed, and experienced practitioners and staff work collaboratively as a team and with external partners to assist clients diagnosed with mental health disorders, pain management, and/or chemical dependency. Data indicates that our extensive outreach and use of peer mentors have successfully enabled clients to adhere to medical and treatment protocols.
