About This Cause
Since 1995, Oregon Parks Forever has worked to ensure the future of Oregon's parks. Our programs and initiatives have protected and enhanced parks facilities, promoted access to parks for people of all abilities, provided outdoor educational opportunities, and encouraged healthy outdoor activities. Some of our past and current work includes raising funds to purchase new land for parks, restoration of important historical landmarks, providing grants for school field trips, funding purchase of tree seedlings to replant in areas affected by wildfires, educational displays at parks and park interpretive centers, and partnering with other organizations for greater park accessibility.
