Mission Statement
The Piano Santa Foundation (PSF) is dedicated to promoting and enhancing music education for children in the Portland Metropolitan area. PSF offers a unique program including piano scholarships for students, piano placement grants for community organizations, group performance events, after-school group keyboard classes, and a music lending library. About This Cause
The Piano Santa Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving the Portland Metropolitan area. Our mission is "enriching life through music." The three main focuses of our programming are: (1) Scholarships, through which we place pianos in students’ homes; (2) First Step and Second Step Keyboard Programs, in which we offer group piano lessons to elementary-aged children; and (3) Placement Grants, where we place pianos with community organizations. In support of these programs, we also provide in-home piano tunings and maintenance, offer educational opportunities, and sponsor student recitals throughout the year.
