To support the charitable activities of the Royal Rosarians
About This Cause
About half our budget. goes to activities that support the Portland Rose Festival, such as financing our Grand Floral Parade float and our traveling float, underwriting the past queens who attend our Queens' Garden Party, subsidizing the Rose Garden Contest, sponsoring tables at the Rose Festival auction and Honors Luncheon, and giving a grant to the Rose Festival for the Court's transportation and meal expenses. The other half of our funds supports charitable projects in the greater Portland area that provide at-risk children with educational assistance, participation in the arts, basic clothing, and school field trips.
