About This Cause
REAP is a year around multicultural youth leadership program committed to empowering the next wave of leaders. REAP works with more than 800 students yearly, in grades 3rd through 12th, who represent our most marginalized student population. Success is measured by their academic and personal growth and demonstrated leadership. REAP is a proactive program that ignites, elevates and engages ALL students to be global leaders through civic engagement, entrepreneurship and cooperative management (conflict resolution) for a better future now.
