Mission Statement
With the highest infant mortality rate, the lowest per capita income, and one of the most uneducated populations in the world, the war ravaged nation of Afghanistan desperately needs your help. Kama Relief Corporation was established in October of 2001 to help the most unfortunate individuals and families in the rural areas of Afghanistan. We need your help to provide food and shelter to families who cannot provide for themselves, to provide education to young boys and girls who have never had any formal schooling and to provide sanitation and basic healthcare to the entire population.
About This Cause
There is a serious lack of services and assistance for economically deprived people in rural areas of Afghanistan. Malnutrition and vulnerability to disease cause severe problems for many individuals, particularly for children and the elderly. It is critical that the need for food, clothes and shelters be met. KRC has implemented various humanitarian activities, including providing food rations to the most needy families; particularly orphans and widows. We also provide shelter and medical help as needed.
