About This Cause
New Horizons Hub - is a non-profit organization (with 501 (c) status) whose mission is to provide specialized online IT courses to Ukrainian veterans, assisting them in their transition to civilian life and equipping them with the skills necessary to pursue careers in the tech industry. The New Horizons Hub is a passion project launched by three Ukrainian women based in the Bay Area, California. Driven by their deep-rooted commitment to support Ukraine and its veterans, they came together with a shared vision to create a positive impact through tech education. At New Horizons Hub, we collaborate with top-notch tech boot camp schools in Ukraine, handpicking experienced trainers and robust curriculums. To ensure a successful transition to civilian life, we have a dedicated team of psychologists, career experts, and IT professionals supporting the veterans throughout the program. We offer: - Free online IT courses for acquiring new tech skills and knowledge. - Mental support. - Guided mentoring sessions. - English language classes. - Assistance in securing new jobs or internships.
