Mission Statement
To advance the vision and mission of Jackson State University by providing support for its academic progression into perpetuity through JSU Austin Alumni engagement; student recruitment; and scholarships for students to receive an education of excellence that prepares them to be change agents and global leaders.
About This Cause
We are leaders in advancing the quality and stature of Jackson State University. We encourage volunteer and philanthropic support of the University. We value students, alumni, and are dedicated to their support and development. We believe in lifelong learning. We create and foster open communication between all Jackson State University stakeholders (alumni, students, faculty/staff, friends, and supporters) to build and maintain strong relationships throughout Austin, TX and surrounding areas. We are committed to improving our local communities through community-service involvement. Led by self-governed volunteers, we are the voice of Jackson State University Austin Alumni.
