Mission Statement
Our mission is to ensure access to high quality dental care and dental education to those in north Alabama in a loving, Christian environment. Ultimately, we want to restore their dental health, their hope in humanity, and their broken hearts, always pointing them to the only One who can truly make all things new.
About This Cause
Restore Dental was formed by a group of dentists and implant surgeons with the belief that dental care is an essential service that should be available to all. Wanting to be the hands and feet of Jesus through their dental skills, they sought to establish a nonprofit to help even more patients have access to care. Restore exists to provide critical, complex dental services to individuals unable to afford them. In the state of Alabama, Medicaid does not pay for any dental work whatsoever. Without access to basic and consistent care, many people without the means to pay out of pocket for services end up with missing teeth and extensive decay. True restorative dental care requires specialized and expensive treatment. Restore Dental assists patients in need of major dental work such as full arch implants and complex procedures. What we do: 1. Help patients navigate available resources and obtain no-cost consultations from qualified dentists. 2. Provide monetary grants to help applicants receive otherwise cost-prohibitive complex dental care. 3. Educate the dental community about this important need and opportunity to inspire more clinics, dentists and community leaders to support making restorative dental care more available. 4.Share the transformative love of Christ with every patient and family that reaches out to Restore Dental.
