About This Cause
At Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland, we provide more than just a safe and positive place for kids during after-school hours, we deliver life-changing programs with proven results. We offer over 36 programs across five core areas: Character & Leadership Development, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation. These programs, led by dedicated staff and volunteers, support academic success, healthy living, and strong character development. Our impact speaks for itself: 100% of our Club seniors graduate from high school 90% go on to attend college or post-secondary education Our teen members maintain an average GPA of 3.5 With your support, we can continue building brighter futures for the youth of Oakland.
