About JA of Northern California: JA of Northern California is on a mission to transform the lives of youth aged 5-25 through a community-focused approach to education. Their research-based curriculum revolves around the central theme that academic excellence leads to success in the real world. By teaching practical concepts such as ethical decision-making, money management, career preparation, and global competition, they equip young people with vital life skills like critical thinking, public speaking, teamwork, problem-solving, and budgeting. Program Impact: Research has shown that JA Alumni are more likely to attain a college degree, possess confidence in managing money, achieve career success, and even start their own businesses as adults.
