Mission Statement
Alamo Square Neighborhood Association is a volunteer organization of neighbors and businesses around Alamo Square. We are dedicated to building community, creating a safe neighborhood, and preserving and maintaining our park.
About This Cause
Alamo Square Neighborhood Association is a member-driven neighborhood-focussed, collection of folks who want to help keep the neighborhood livable. We work with City government and others to undertake projects like renovating the park, adding a playground, and preserving the trees. We also weigh in on questions around new buildings, new licenses (like liquor) and help new businesses. We meet every other month, and all are invited to attend. One of the oldest neighborhood groups in the City, ASNA seeks to help neighbors navigate City services, and create a more livable place to be.
