We take an innovative and dynamic approach to education, youth sports, and economic opportunity in order to help make Oakland and the East Bay a more equitable and inclusive community for all. The A's are committed to the health, vitality, and happiness of our community. We enrich Oakland and the East Bay through sports and civic service.

We will leverage our presence and platform to build a network of local businesses and community partners, working together to ensure that every child in Oakland is on a path to a healthy and prosperous future. We believe that all children deserve access to quality education and opportunities to succeed, and that youth sports can be a critical driver for supporting academic success and character development.
