Mission Statement
We are a San Francisco-based non-profit, charitable organization whose purpose is to honor the Basque culture by celebrating its history and rich tradition of the arts.
About This Cause
Our purpose is to preserve Basque history and cultivate awareness of the Basques through its rich tradition in arts. We host a biennial Basque Cultural Day where distinguished speakers lecture on varying Basque themes and topics; organize a "Basque Film Series" and is the "go to" for Basque movies for all Basque Clubs; maintain the Martin Minaberry Library whose catalog contains over 1000 items on a number of subjects regarding the Basque Country and the Basque people; and sponosor scholarships for college/university students.
