About This Cause
Our organization works with service members, veterans, and first responders to help support them in their relationships and wellness. Our wellness trainings, workshops, and retreats focus on helping individuals learn more about themselves and best communicate with the people most important to them, at home and at work. We offer couples retreats, on-the-job wellness training, and workshops to help heroes stay strong and thrive in their relationships. Topics such as: communication, bridging the gap between home and work, dealing with conflict and anger, how to recognize PTS, and much more are covered. We use our proprietary multi-science OXYGEN personalized assessment as a tool to offer more insight into each individual and their unique personality, strengths, motivators, and roadblocks to communication. This helps each individual and relationship to set a road map for better relational success. Healthier heroes = stronger, safer communities.
