Mission Statement

Agape International Missions holistically fights human trafficking by rescuing, restoring and reintegrating survivors while investing in the community to prevent trafficking.

About This Cause

Since 2005, Agape International Missions (AIM) has served in Cambodia with the focus to end sex trafficking. AIM holistically fights human trafficking through rescuing, restoring and reintegrating survivors and prevents trafficking by investing in the community. AIM has been granted unique permission by the Cambodian government to conduct investigations, perform raids, make arrests, and rescue victims of sex trafficking alongside local government officials within the country of Cambodia. No other organization has been given so much freedom and trust, and we make as much of it as we can! Our Rescue Programs include: AIM SWAT Team, Direct Outreach and China Rescues. The efforts of our SWAT Team expanded in 2018 to include cross-border trafficking patrol and work in Malaysia and Thailand. The women and girls who've been sold, abused, held captive, and devastated by sex trafficking need more than a one-night raid and one day of healthcare. To be truly restored, they need love, hope, healing, and the tools for a brand-new life that will last a lifetime. Each girl entrusted in our care is prepared for successful reintegration into society by meeting her physical, psychosocial, educational, vocational, and spiritual needs in our restoration homes in Cambodia. Many sex trafficking survivors stay in our restoration programs for years. Once they're ready to start a new life, they need to be equipped to survive in a world where some would still like to victimize them. This means training them with marketable skills that will enable them to work in healthy jobs, and in some cases, providing them with employment opportunities. We also stay in touch with the reintegrated girls and women indefinitely, ensuring that we're there to support, encourage, and help them whenever they need it, wherever their new lives lead them. Preventing child sex trafficking starts by addressing the needs of the children in our community and working to keep them out of the hands of pedophiles, pimps and traffickers who perpetrate and perpetuate the industry. If it's acceptable to sell your child, or to buy a girl for a night, the cycle will never end. AIM’s prevention efforts include humanitarian aid, education through AIM School, healthcare initiatives, developing and investing in men and loving on children in the community while parents are at work.
