Mission Statement
Masjid Muhajireen, a non-profit organization established in 1992, has been unwavering in its commitment to serving the Bay Area community for over three decades. Our mission is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for Islamic education, fostering a deep understanding of Islam, offering spiritual guidance, and engaging in acts of public service. We firmly believe in the Islamic principles of coexistence and peace with individuals from diverse backgrounds. As the Prophet wisely stated, "The believer is one from whom others are protected from harm, whether through his words or actions." We aim to embody these noble teachings and serve as a beacon of unity and goodwill for all.
About This Cause
Assalamu Alaykum, Welcome to Masjid Muhajireen! Our Masjid provides a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds to come together for worship and community activities. We offer regular public programs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and a variety of courses for adults, teens, and children aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of our faith and promoting personal growth. Additionally, our monthly Community Bazaar brings together people for a day of shopping, food, and fun, helping to strengthen bonds within our community. Masjid Muhajireen is open to everyone, and we strive to be a place of peace and community spirit. Join us to enjoy our beautiful space and take part in our community efforts.
