Mission Statement
Science Buddies is one of the most popular science websites nationwide, directly reaching over 17 million students, parents, and teachers each year with free resources that reflect the latest research in how to effectively teach science. Our scientist-authored, real-world, hands-on explorations make the subject relevant and nurture student interest in science. Our unique materials engage kids in a personalized way that helps them to choose from 1,200+ science projects and leads them to projects they'll find meaningful. Extending the experience, we expose students to profiles of science careers and role models that can translate to economic power for both individuals and communities.
