Mission Statement
Project WeHOPE provides emergency shelter and supportive housing assistance to homeless adults in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.
About This Cause
Founded in 1999, Project WeHOPE is a small non-profit located in the Palo Alto area, and is devoted primarily to providing emergency shelter, supportive housing care and other support for homeless adults in the surrounding communities. We house up to 60 adults per night, providing them with a safe place to sleep, store their belongings, eat a hot meal, take a shower and wash their clothes. In addition to our nightly shelter services, we provide a Supportive Housing program where Project WeHOPE case management work closely with clients to find them housing and become self-sufficient mentally, financially stable and physically healthy.
