ADVANCING PATHWAYS OUT OF POVERTY Episcopal Impact Fund supports organizations that address the root causes of poverty in the San Francisco Bay Area, both financially and through mentorship and guidance.
About This Cause
Episcopal Impact Fund supports the life-changing work of nonprofits and congregations in every part of the Bay Area. Since 2019, we have focused particularly on disrupting the cycle of inter-generational poverty – the kind of poverty that keeps children from escaping the circumstances they are born into and securing a better future. We believe that no child’s zip code should determine their future. We support organizations that address the root causes of poverty in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we do so both financially and through mentorship and guidance. In the past year, our grantee organizations have provided vital services to over 100,000 of our most vulnerable neighbors. Each of these grantees seeks innovative, long-term solutions to housing and economic instability, and creatively pursues pathways out of poverty for each of their clients.
