About This Cause
Engaged in grass-roots efforts the SGI works together with many organizations to promote humanistic principles. The SGI-USA promotes a broad range of community outreach initiatives based on humanistic principles and the quest for happiness in order to help humankind come together to work for common goals and share through worldwide exchange the variety of ideas and inherited assets of each culture. The SGI-USA is engaged in a variety of cultural activities as a means of nurturing understanding and respect between different people while promoting the spirit of coexistence between nations and traditions.
