Mission Statement
The Western Association for College Admission Counseling supports and advances the work of counseling and enrollment professionals from California and Nevada as they help all students realize their full potential, with emphasis on freshman and transfer transitions to higher education and attention to access and equity for all students.
About This Cause
WACAC organizes professional development workshops to train high school college counselors and college admissions professionals about best practices in College Admissions. WACAC also holds College Fairs. These fairs give high school and transfer students, their families and counselors the opportunity to meet college admissions representatives and to learn about various college options throughout California, the United States and internationally.
