Mission Statement
The organization was formed specifically to provide assistance to the families of persons who have died while actively employed as firefighters in the United States. The organization will perform fundraising activities in order to raise funds and then will administer a program through which those funds will be disbursed to qualifying families.
About This Cause
The San Francisco Firefighters Local 798 Surviving Families Fund is a non-profit charitable organization and a fund-raising program for the purpose of providing financial assistance to families of persons who have died while actively employed as firefighters in the United States. The Surviving Families Fund seeks public and private charitable donations for the continued support of such charitable activities.
