Mission Statement
We are dedicated to establishing a dynamic platform that brings together all Maithils residing in the United States. Our aim is to foster a robust community and instill a collective sense of cultural pride. Our primary objective is to heighten awareness of and advocate for the bountiful heritage of Maithili culture through this platform. This nonsectarian undertaking aims to re-establish connections with our ancestral heritage, conserve our profound cultural inheritance, and contribute to the prosperity of the Mithila region. Collectively, we endeavor to safeguard the endurance and prosperity of our mutual heritage for future generations.
About This Cause
MAA is a non-profit organization passionately dedicated to representing Maithil and Mithila culture on a global platform. In addition to our cultural initiatives, we are committed to enhancing the cultural, educational and fitness aspects within our community. Through our educational programs “Gurukul”, we aim to empower Maithil youth with access to quality education and skill development opportunities, nurturing the leaders of tomorrow for our community. At MAA, we uphold the principles of selfless service and transparency, ensuring that every initiative is driven by the collective spirit of our members.
