Mission Community Woodshop is a welcoming, professional-grade, nonprofit shop in central san Francisco. Our space is equipped for fine furniture making, cooperative in nature and includes woodworkers with a wide range of experience.
About This Cause
MCW is more than a place to cut dovetails. We envision a generous and inclusive community that works because of what we all bring to it. We offer classes for students and bench rentals for members. Students choose from a range of courses, introductory to advanced. Each member will have a workbench and storage for projects, lumber and hand tools, as well as access to all machines during shop hours. We offer classes for students and bench rentals for members.
