Mission Statement
Mission Statement DBU INC. empowers individuals impacted by trauma, including survivors of domestic violence and other life-altering experiences, through education, life skills, and creative expression for healing. We provide specialized training in workforce readiness and trauma-informed cosmetology, equipping individuals and young people with the tools for both personal and professional growth. Additionally, we support and assist bereaved mothers, offering spaces for healing, remembrance, and empowerment.
About This Cause
Donna Bruce Unlimited Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting bereaved families, survivors of trauma, and individuals impacted by gun violence through peer recovery services, grief support, and creative healing experiences. Founded by Donna Bruce, a survivor turned advocate, DBU Inc. empowers communities to turn pain into purpose through trauma-informed programs, fashion advocacy events, and peer-led support networks.
