Mission Statement
As members of CBC, we are called together into the community through our belief through Jesus Christ. We are dedicated to the proclamation of the Word of God, the lifting of Jesus Christ, and serving others through missions and ministries.
About This Cause
A major segment of our church mission is ministering to others outside of our church family, our community, our country and to other organizations. Through our Community Outreach Program, we have included an on-site Food Distribution Center partnering with the Food Bank, we make available funds to those experiencing financial hardship, yearly we deliver fans to a local fire department and the Claude Black Center, donate to Boysville, and donate to SLEW Cancer Wellness Center that supports low-income/underinsured women. Our youth are very involved in community outreach to include participating in the "Boxes of Blessings" a community event to fill boxes with food to feed families of four for a week during Christmas Holiday.
