Mission Statement
The nine schools serve the towns of Bolton, Huntington, Jericho, Richmond and Underhill, which are nestled in the beautifully wooded western foothills of the Green Mountains of Vermont. Our six elementary schools, two middle schools and the high school provide an outstanding education to all our 2600 students. Chittenden East Supervisory Union #12 is comprised of two school districts, namely: 1. Huntington Town School District which operates Brewster-Pierce Memorial School (PreK-4). 2. Mount Mansfield Modified Union School District operates Smilie Memorial School (PreK-4), Jericho Elementary (K-4), Richmond Elementary (PreK-4), Underhill ID Elementary (K-4), Underhill Central School (PreK-4), Browns River Middle School (Grades 5-8), Camels Hump Middle School (Grades 5-8) and Mt. Mansfield Union High School (Grades 9-12). Each member of the MMMUSD School Board also serves as a member of the Supervisory Union Board. The Huntington School District appoints one representative who serves as a member SU board.
About This Cause
A memorial scholarship fund established by Frank and Linda Miller in memory of their daughter, Heidi Miller, MMUHS Class of 2002, who was a nationally recognized athlete, musician and scholar, to honor young women who portray the character, integrity and determination of their daughter.
