Empowering Culpeper is a food distribution center serving Culpeper County, which operates on the third Saturday of each month at Culpeper United Methodist Church. The program is 100% volunteer-led, and volunteers are needed to receive and unpack food, facilitate food pick-up, and maintain monthly operation. Mama's Kitchen #Remote Food Drive for Mama’s Pantry

Mama's Pantry helps provide lifesaving nutrition to San Diegans who are low-income living with HIV/AIDS. Our pantry provides a monthly free grocery shopping opportunity for HIV+ residents of San Diego County who are healthy enough not to require our meal deliveries, but who remain vulnerable to hunger because their monthly income is below $1,700. Our food pantry service allows clients to use their extremely limited income on other necessities such as housing and health care.

In order to host a #remote food drive, you only need to set up a platform using your email address and share the opportunity with your friends, family, and coworkers who may be willing and able to support our mission.
Your donation dollars go directly to the purchase of perishable and nonperishable food and are stretched further with our ability to use wholesale prices.
