“I've met some great people and look forward to meeting and chatting with more folks. Everyone is so kind and appreciative, it warms my heart to give back. You have such a great organization and I'm proud to work with you.” – a Help At Your Door volunteer driverEmpty passenger seat? Share it with a senior.
Help At Your Door, a nonprofit serving seniors, is in need of volunteer drivers throughout the Twin Cities. Learn how you can help provide the keys to independence by transporting seniors to appointments or errands using your car. Most drivers give just a couple of rides each month, weekday mornings or afternoons only, in a geographic area of their choosing.
We offer flexible scheduling, social interaction with a welcoming volunteer community, and most of all, hands-on activities that help the aging population and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and continue living in their homes.
