At Greater Change, our corporate partnerships are essential to us maintaining and growing the work we are doing of helping people out of homelessness and into long term stability. We need help to better understand the user journey for corporate partners.

The aim is to achieve this by asking our volunteer(s) to:
1) Design a survey for potential corporate partnerships targets
2) Survey their colleagues and other people (friends) to get data
3) Analyse the data and draw up a couple of top user journeys so that we understand how to target them better

Stonewall Housing (www.stonewallhousing.org) help LGBTQ+ people in the UK who are experiencing homelessness or living in an unsafe environment.

They would be delighted to receive support around their Google Ad Grant management to help them reach more LGBTQ+ people who need their help.

They would be looking for support for an hour a month for three months - initially covering some objective analysis of what's currently working (and what isn't), moving into recommendations for going forward, and finally a bit of a plan around how the charity can implement these recommendations and keep on top of it.

Community Kitchens is a free meal program for Oakland’s most vulnerable community members. Our mission is to feed people left behind by other food programs and to build community and solidarity through food. We work with community groups and restaurants to provide meals for unhoused community, seniors and youth. We have started a CK Home Chef Volunteer Program where community members can participate in feeding our Oakland neighbors as well.

CK Home Chef volunteers cook meals at home and donate them to existing, public Town Fridges where anyone can take a meal for free. Town Fridges are heavily relied upon by the unhoused community and ensuring that Fridges are regularly stocked with nutritious meals makes a considerable contribution to our communities.

Volunteers cook 15-25 meals per week at home, procure ingredients and deliver to one Town Fridge 1-2 days per month.

Community Kitchens provides volunteers with an orientation, meal containers and printable labels, recipes from Oakland’s treasured restaurants and chefs and a tax deductible in-kind donation receipt valued at $11/meal.
