CASA volunteers are caring and committed adults, age 21 and older, who are appointed by the family court to engage in best interest advocacy. CASAs completed a through background check, screening, interview, and training process. They are sworn in by the judge and assigned to a case. The volunteer agrees to visit the child at least monthly, to learn all about the child's life, and to provide reports back to the court, as well as appear in court. CASA volunteers engage in on-going training and are supported by professional staff.

AWPC receives baby and maternity item donations almost every day. We need help with sorting items, sanitizing them, and organizing them in our baby boutique. Some lifting of around 30lbs may be needed, but not required. This is a small space, so we are limiting the number of people in at a time to 2 people max.

The Florence Fang Community Farm is seeking motivated volunteers to help grow San Francisco's largest community farm. Help the garden become a self-sustaining urban farm. Most volunteer gardeners are immigrants leading healthier lifestyles, growing fresh produce and sharing Asian plants and features with all San Franciscans. Volunteers have helped us build this garden from the ground up.If you enjoy being outdoors and getting your hands dirty, come by for a volunteer day. Get hands-on gardening experience and answers to your gardening questions while helping create and beautify the garden. To enjoyably participate in this project, volunteers must be able to do light garden work, including bending, stretching, and light lifting in an outdoor setting. Any training will be done by appropriate staff and will be specific to your assigned work area.

AEM for The Heart worship center is an outlet for the residents of Lake Park and Riviera Beach, where the broken and the poor, the captive and imperiled of these communities can find a safe harbor and loving environment liberated from the pain and despair of hopelessness. Here, they may freely transform themselves through the cultural arts, envisioning a future of efficacy, accomplishment, and creative involvement in life.Regardless of age, ethnicity, gender and race this ministry is designed to offer support spiritually
along with supernatural grace and love without restraint.
As of February 2011, we created a committee to help incorporate and organize what this ministry is truly about. Here at AEM for the Heart ministries we teach uplifting and edifying songs to motivate our students to learn how to engage in the arts of music and cultivate their God given gifts and talents through the expression of voice and the playing of musical instruments and by releasing the sound within themselves. We also organize workshops where individuals/groups come to play worship music to engage in singing and worshiping Jesus, along with getting into the presence of God and allowing the Holy Spirit to touch and
restore, heal and set free from the storms of life.
AEM for the Heart worship center operates solely upon charitable contributions that come in from people who share our vision and believe in our mission. We also believe that AEM for The Heart ministries can expand its cultural arts program, and better assist our students with not just their character development, but with their immediate and pressing needs, freeing their time, minds and heart for the future.

Anchorpoint prepares and distributes several large mailings each year, including newsletters, donation request letters, and outreach materials. These mailings help Anchorpoint increase community awareness of services and raise critical funds to provide counseling and support services to uninsured, under-insured, and under-resourced neighbors who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, and other needs. The Angel Tree program helps hundreds of children & families receive the joy of Christmas. We receive over 1,000 requests to help with Christmas presents for children.
