The mission of The Laurel Foundation is to empower children, youth and families affected by HIV/AIDS, transgender and gender diverse youth through educational and support programs in a safe and trusting environment.We have several positions open for our upcoming Camp Mulberry Summer Camp, a program serving transgender/gender diverse youth ages 6-17 in the San Bernardino Mountains, CA.
Positions we are seeking:

* Medical Staff - RN, LVN, NP, MD all licensed in CA or help team
* Licensed social worker
Camp Mulberry (transgender / gender diverse youth) dates:
June 24-July 1 and mandatory training dates are June 3 and 4th in Pasadena, CA.

The Hoboken Angelwish Wiffleball Classic is back and we can't wait for you to join us and teams from Nasdaq, Megaport, Ciena, Verizon, and others in a round-robin WIFFLE Ball tournament and home run derby.We have been fortunate to have teams from Kohl's participate as volunteers for so many of our events and are looking forward to you participating again in Hoboken!
We have a morning shift (8am - 12pm EST) of volunteers and an afternoon shift (12 pm - 3pm EST). Duties will include helping to set up the fields and put up signs as well as help with lunch and other wrap up activities. We'll also have a spot for a Kohl's WIFFLE Ball Team!

High quality early learning experiences lead to long-term school success. One of the goals of Campbell Park Network for Early Learning is to engage parents, caregivers and children (Birth to 5 years old) in meaningful learn and play opportunities.The Learn & Play Sessions are designed to support parents/caregivers to play and interact with children in developmentally appropriate ways to encourage brain development and assist school readiness. Sessions are held at United Way Suncoast's Campbell Park Resource Center in the rear of John Hopkins Middle School's campus in St. Petersburg. Volunteer activities may include: Assisting with the session set-up and break down, sanitizing materials and equipment, assisting families with sign-in procedures, capturing photos during the sessions, helping to redirect children and families during the sessions, helping to facilitate the flow of the sessions, managing music and supporting activities, participating in a briefing before and debriefing after sessions.
Volunteers will need to: Be at least 18 years of age, enjoy interaction with young children and families, have some child supervision or childcare experience (i.e. parents, nannies, preschool personnel), complete a pre-screening and successfully pass a Level 2 Background check (paid for by United Way Suncoast), be available once per week during the below session timeframes with a commitment of at least 6-months:
Mondays or Wednesdays from 4:30pm-7pm; or
Tuesdays or Thursdays from 9:30am-12pm.

Volunteer Arrival Time: 3:00pm
Volunteer Departure Time: 12:00am
This is a dual requirement role involving guest check in and fundraising assistance. The role will consist of checking in guests upon arrival using an iPad (provided by Variety) to scan tickets & assisting with directions to the main event.
Once all guests have arrived, you will then transition to assist in facilitating all aspects of fundraising on the night.
As in previous years, Eat Street will continue to host amazing auction items & raffle prizes, with all funds from purchases going towards helping Victorian kids in need!
You will be required to assist guests with our online auction and raffle platform (via xxx).
Full training on (insert bidding app) will be provided prior to the event.
Please note: Volunteers for this position Must have the following documents and approvals in order to qualify for this event. They may be turned away if their card is not shown to staff on the event day.

We're looking for volunteers to help us with our 35th Annual Junior Adaptive Sports Camp! Camp will take place July 24-28, 2023. Monday and Tuesday at Mission Bay and Wednesday through Friday at Miramar College.The Junior Adaptive Sports Camp is a 5-day camp that offers children and teens with physical impairments an opportunity to participate in new sports, as well as some of their old favorites. Activities include water tubing, kayaking, wheelchair tennis, basketball, rugby, lacrosse and more!
