Every child has potential to grow up and become productive, positive members of society. But some youth face barriers to success. You can be a role model - a friend - a mentor to help a child facing adversity achieve their full potential. Join Big Brothers Big Sisters to make a life-changing impact as a volunteer.Choose one of three mentoring models that works best for you: Community-based (volunteers and children meet at a variety of locations, spending time in activities they choose based on mutual interest); School-based (volunteers meet during/after school hours at one of our partner school locations for mentoring focused on academic success); and mentor2.0 (volunteers engage with high school students virtually on an online platform and meet in person at the school about once a month).
