Spaulding’s Annual Holiday Party is an exciting event for our children in care who may otherwise have limited opportunities to be hopeful. This party is “all about the children” and validates each of them as important members of their family unit, celebrating together with the Spaulding family. This event brings the birth, adopt, prevention and foster families together to celebrate the Holiday Season. They enjoy live music, good foods, games and fun. Every child leaves the party with a wrapped gift and with smiles that light up their faces.
The families look forward to this party all year. We need volunteers to help serve food and man the game tables.

Join us for the Grand Opening celebration of We Rock the Spectrum - Fort Myers for a day of fun with our trampoline, zip line, swings, face-painting, music, raffles, and delicious treats from our local neighborhood businesses. Plus, a few fun surprises for our attendees! We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym was founded to provide a place for children of all ability levels to play and grow together. As the only kid’s gym that offers an inclusive philosophy, we have found all children can benefit from our uniquely designed sensory equipment that is specifically designed to aid children with sensory processing disorders.
In our experience, all children are able to benefit greatly from this equipment! By allowing children of all ability levels to play together, they are able to learn a great deal from each other.
What makes We Rock The Spectrum Kid’s Gym unique is that every one of our indoor playground locations includes ten pieces of specialized play equipment. These ten pieces of equipment are designed and manufactured for WRTS, with the developmental needs of children with sensory processing disorders in mind.
This equipment is sometimes used in our gyms by Occupational Therapists, who run sessions with the children they work with inside some gym locations. However – the equipment is also tested every day by the world’s foremost experts on having a good time: every kid who comes through our doors!
With your help, we will make this Grand Opening celebration one that the Fort Myers community will never forget!

Holiday celebrations are memorable moments in a child’s life. However, the financial hardships surrounding the care of an ill child often leave a family with little extra to celebrate the season.enCourage Kids Foundation hosts an annual Holiday Party for the countless kids and families that we serve. Volunteers are truly essential to enhancing the festive mood and lifting spirits of sick children during the holiday season, and this particular event is one that our children and families look forward to most.
You will provide the children and their families with a lifelong and unforgettable holiday experience. With your help, they will be able to take a break from treatment and daily hardships to enjoy a special lunch, sing and dance to holiday classics, and receive a special gift from Santa. This year’s event will take place on December 15th at Clyde Frazier’s Wine and Dine in New York City. We expect approximately 150 boys and girls ranging from 4 to 18 years old will attend this fun and festive afternoon. Please join us in spreading holiday cheer to sick kids and their families. Volunteers help with handing out presents, checking in families, and all ongoing activities.

Xela AID empowers people who are critically underserved so that they can become self reliant. Our volunteers play a big role in helping us to deliver on that ambitious mission! For those who accompany us on volunteer service trips, we make it our job and promise to provide “a profoundly enriching experience for our volunteers.”Share your talents to help empower women, children and families in the Mayan village of San Martín Chiquito, Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. This cultural immersion service adventure will introduce participants to the tremendous beauty, bounty and poverty that exist side-by-side in this country which, going south from Mexico, is the gateway to Central America. Meet and work side by side with the Mayan people as they share their rich culture and strive to overcome the great hardships inherent to many developing nations. Your participation will provide support for critical programs that improve health, promote and deliver education, and create job opportunities. Together, these opportunities empower Mayan communities to thrive, and make it possible for them to build meaningful lives at home with their families.
We do that by blending tourism, service work, cultural interchange, and using a few tricks we’ve learned along the way to deepen connections among the group and with the people we work with in rural communities. It’s a formula for what’s been called a “magical experience” that’s earned us a “Top Rated” status from Great Non-Profits, an industry watch dog!
