This is the annual fundraiser for the Knox County Child Advocacy Center (CAC). The CAC empowers child victims of sexual and physical abuse to talk about what happened to them so they can get to safety, find justice, and overcome their trauma. To help with this, the CAC pays for specialized trauma counseling for child abuse victims and their caregivers. To pay for this, we have an annual fundraiser that will help cover the costs of counseling and positive opportunities for the children, like our summer day camp support group and our Christmas party. We could use some help at the fundraiser to set up, during the event to help with the auctions, and at the end to clean up.
