Our Sensitive Santa event will be held at Onslow Memorial Hospital. This event is important for the community because it allows families with children with special needs to enjoy visiting with Santa at their own pace, get portraits with him, get a family portrait, and also enjoy refreshments and a toy after they are finished. This event allows families to enjoy activities that are normally hard for them due to their child's sensitivities to sound, light, volumes of noise etc.Available Shifts

These cards are an eye catching icon created to help assist in the fundraising aspect of the event. Volunteers are needed to help stock inventory and pack weekly meal bags for distribution. Each week, children receive a bag on Friday that has enough food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack for Saturday and Sunday. Bags are distributed to children in grades k-5 who live in food insecure homes.

The Foster Closet of Michigan - Genesee County will be forced to shut their doors if they do not fund raise enough money to purchase a building. This organization is such a HUGE need in the foster care community. We are hosting a Spaghetti Dinner, Bake Sale, and Silent Auction. We are looking for volunteers to work in all 3 areas.
