Individuals, corporations, and community groups partner with us to make a positive impact in their community. Rock The Block engages volunteers with meaningful activities such as pulling weeds, painting, raking, washing windows, and planting flowers. This initiative serves residents who are in need, often the elderly or single parents. You have the opportunity to change the face of an entire neighborhood in one day! The Center is looking for someone who would be willing to donate their time or for a small fee to train the Senior Center employees, Board Members, Volunteers, and Seniors in basic First aid and CPR to become certified. We want to make sure that all involved with the Center are ready for any emergencies that may arise that are health related.
