Are you a person who likes to have fun, play games, and help others? K-W Seniors Day Program is looking for volunteers to welcome participants, serve coffee and cookies, and facilitate games and activities (Euchre, crokinole, bingo, crafts, etc.), crafts and music. Volunteers are needed who can help for either a half or full day Monday to Sunday between 10am and 3pm or on Wednesday afternoons between 1pm and 6pm– If you’re interested in this wonderful opportunity to make a difference in a senior’s life or would like to learn more about our program, please contact us!

We are collecting nonperishable snacks, socks and small gift items for an assisted living facility. There are approximately 50 elderly we want to provide with gift bags. This is important because most elderly who are placed in assisted living facilities do not see family often and may not receive any gifts during the holiday season.

We are seeking individuals interested in helping make Boulder County, Colorado more age-friendly to join our board and help steer the direction of our small nonprofit. We coordinate with Boulder County's Area Agency on Aging to ensure program sustainability, and are open to new ideas for developing a stronger age-friendly community. At the core, our board members sign on to the following:

Raising funds for services, programs and events that promote the health and well-being of older adults and family caregivers in and around Boulder County.

Co-sponsoring educational opportunities and information sharing that increases awareness of the strengths and needs of older adults and family caregivers, promotes a positive image of aging, and demonstrates what it means to age well.

Supporting and encouraging partnerships with community groups, organizations, and businesses that align with our mission and build upon the strengths of older adults and family caregivers.

Imagine if you were a senior citizen in a nursing home and NO friends or relatives ever came to visit you…not even for holidays. Neighbor Love wants to brighten the day of a WHOLE BUNCH of valuable seniors THIS Christmas. Adopt-a-Senior for Christmas is a GREAT way to let a valuable senior know that someone still loves them.

We will be assembling gift bags and delivering them to the residents during a Christmas party where we will be serving them desserts and drinks.

CityMusic Cleveland’s continued success comes in large part from members in the community who volunteer to help. In the neighborhoods where we perform, as well as in the surrounding communities, we need volunteers to distribute our postcards and posters to libraries, coffee shops, retirement villages, senior centers, high school music departments, local music schools, and stores. Volunteer ushers assist ant concerts, and volunteers can help organize post-concert receptions. People with computer skills, graphic skills, or who can assist with marketing and public relations are always in demand.
