Come help at centrally-located Felicia's Farm. Individuals and groups are welcome to help us weed, turn compost, clear beds, and more. Tasks change continually but we will show you how to do that day's chores. Wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty! Please see our website for more. Our latest news will be on facebook and instagram. Everything we do at the farm goes to producing naturally grown veggies, fruits and eggs. We donate 100% to local soup kitchens and organizations serving those in need in Tucson. Thanks and hope to see you at the Farm!

NAMIWalks Maryland is part of the largest grassroots fundraising and education effort for mental illness in the United States. Almost 2000 people will gather in Baltimore to raise awareness for mental health issues and to help erase the stigma surrounding mental illness. Funds raised from NAMIWalks will help us and our affiliates continue to deliver and offer our free education and support programs to people with mental illness and their families in Maryland. On Walk Day, we will need volunteers to help with set-up; help with t-shirt, registration, information, children's corner, food and snack tables; be route monitors; and help with tear-down after the event.

Joyful Music Productions began in 2015. Our shows are created and directed by Music Therapists and our cast consist of individuals with special needs, ages 9 and up and our volunteer shadows.

These shows could not exist without our volunteers. We call them shadows because their job is to support the cast member to make sure they are successful during the camp and eventually in the show. Summer camp is 3 days a week for 6 weeks, 9am to 3pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Cast members learn how to act, sing, and dance. Cast members memorize all songs, dances, and lines from the script. They help make props and backdrops. At the end of each camp, participants perform what they have learned in a show for the community. They get the full experience of being in a musical theatre production!

We set high expectations for our cast members and provide many opportunities for each cast member to shine like a star! This experience increases social skills, self-regulation, verbal skills, attention, turn taking and increases self-esteem
