Project Inclusion is a one day conference and training Best Buddies student leaders, advisors and parents. It features guest speakers and workshops focusing on the ideas of leadership development, inclusion, disability awareness and advocacy. Looking for volunteers to help with:
Set-up & Registration: Volunteers will assist with setting up the breakout and communal spaces for the conference sessions; check in/register attendees; help serve breakfast; sell Best Buddies merchandise; take pictures at our photo booth.

Lunch Prep: Best Buddies will provide lunch to all attendees. Volunteers will be needed to help set-up and serve food.

World Café Discussion Leaders:
World Cafe is a session that provides attendees the opportunity to connect, share, brainstorm ideas and trouble shoot challenges to further explore their own goals and commitment to the disability rights movement. Discussion leaders will be provided with facilitation guide and questions. No prior experience needed.
Clean-up & Tear Down:
Volunteers are needed to clean-up the breakout and communal spaces and check-out attendees as they leave.

The Young Philanthropist Group actively engages a diverse group of dedicated men and women between the ages of 21-40 committed to supporting Easterseals programs through advocacy, philanthropy, and volunteerism. Throughout the year, members attend and host fundraising, educational, and networking events, as well as participate in volunteer activities providing the opportunity to interact with the children and families served by Easterseals.”

Our Goals
• Each member will work to give and/or get $1,000
• Each member makes a personal commitment & gift to Easterseals within their means
• Members will invite and engage Easterseals Seals to participate in networking events
• Members will attend at least one Easterseals run event
• Expand the reach and exposure of Easterseals Brand
• Drive awareness and engagement among Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z
• Foster a Give & Get Culture through our efforts and within our volunteers/networks
• Create/support networking and fundraising opportunities

The Young Philanthropist Group and its members play a vibrant role in the success of Easterseals. As volunteers, they help provide confidence and credibility in our agency. The YPG is encouraged to interact with Easterseals Board of Directors, staff, clients and stakeholders; while also playing a critical in advancing our mission within their own networks and community.

Come socialize with the Unicorn Centers' Day Activity program while playing board games, craft activities, bingo and other fun activities.

The Unicorn Centers’ Day Activity program provides our customers with an active, vibrant day program. Our team works closely with our clients - adults with ID (intellectual disabilities - formerly mental retardation) to be included in a community-based environment where we help them learn, improve and retain the life skills that are necessary to live and participate successfully in home and community life.

Every guest of Night to Shine enters this complimentary event on a red carpet complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi. Once inside, guests receive the royal treatment, including limousine rides, professional photography, hair and makeup stations, corsages and boutonnieres, shoe shines, a catered dinner, karaoke room, a Respite Room for parents and caretakers, and, of course, a dance floor... all leading up to the moment when each guest is crowned a king or queen of the prom. As you can imagine, we want our Night to Shine to be the best prom in the world, so we are contacting you in hopes that you will consider helping us make that possible by volunteering for this awesome event.. We certainly appreciate any time you can offer, as they will go directly towards making this night truly memorable for the amazing community of people with special needs in Auburn, NY.

Children Dispensary is a Org. that provides recreational, social and learning activities for children and young adults with developmental, physical and cognitive challenges. "A Place To Be Me" programming is facilitated throughout the community to give clients a variety of experiences such as bowling, Zumba, Culinary Arts, swimming, sensory movies and many more field trips. It is important to us here at Childrens Dispensary to be able to continue to provide for our clients because this gives the clients a chance to have a sense of independence as well as helps them foster friendships. Currently we are planning our Holiday Party for December 7, 2018 from 6pm-9pm @ Grace United Methodist Church. My goal for this event is to receive enough volunteers to help with anything from set-up, tear down, refreshment tables, games, decorating but most of all helping make this a fun & enjoyable night for our clients. It will be a great time that you won't want to miss out on!
