Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in your community? Are you passionate about serving others and promoting green initiatives? If so, I Want To Mow Your Lawn Inc. is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as the Head of Operations.

As a non-profit organization, our mission is to provide free lawn services to those who need it most, including the elderly, military veterans, disabled individuals, and under-resourced families. We are committed to promoting sustainability by using battery-powered electric equipment to maintain lawns and create a cleaner earth.

With over 330 volunteers enlisted across 40 states, we have already helped clean up over 1,000+ yards. Our organization has received global media coverage, resulting in a six-fold increase in volunteer enlistments for the 2023 spring-summer season. We are grateful for the support of our sponsors, donors, and volunteers who make our mission possible.

As the Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination, overseeing equipment inventory and maintenance, and implementing strategies to improve our operations.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong passion for serving others and promoting sustainability. Experience in non-profit management and/or lawn care operations is a plus but not required.

Join us in our #MOWmentum and make a positive impact in your community. Apply now to be a part of our team and help us continue to grow and serve those in need.
