Our award-winning non-profit organization has helped over 200 individuals with their lawn care. Now with 150 volunteers enlisted across 36 states, it's time to start getting serious about simplifying and scaling operations - and that starts with automating many tedious tasks through our website. Could use help on overall scheme, implementing new features, improving existing UI/UX, fixing bugs, doing QA, whatever interests you! Can use any help far and wide - on a national scale.

Would love for individuals or teams of developers to OWN this.

We have found an MVP product with our fully functioning, mobile responsive website BUT looking to take the website platform to the next level with software developers to help build out all kinds of fun and useful features to connect people in need with lawn care helpers.

We are a true "grass-roots" organization and looking to plant seed by seed with various bells and whistles for clients, volunteers and partners.

If you are interested in offering help in software development please do reach out.
We are providing a real-time solution to a real-world problem.
Not just helping folks that can't either afford lawn care maintenance or can't do it themselves, physically BUT also making neighbors happy and others that hear about our service feel uplifted!

Our organization's story has been featured in over 300 earned media outlets across the nation and more news coverage is pending. Come be a part of something big - where lawncare is just the byproduct of our mission, which is to SPREAD KINDESS!

Winter is coming.
Weather forecasters are suggesting an above average winter season. Meaning tons of snow to remove for folks that can't get out of their homes. And can't generally afford the services.
Expecting an influx of new and old clients to reach out looking for help.
Looking to partner with individuals and companies to provide snow removal in their select areas for their communities.

We can provide the leads and coordinate logistics. Whether it's back-office help recruiting helpers or frontline helpers with shovels and a means to transport around, or even snow blowers would be most helpful!

Our pandemic-born 501c3 Non-profit organization is a national movement providing landscaping services to people who need it most.

Do you have a flexible work schedule or early morning weekday availability? Would you like to volunteer with an organization making a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities?

Join us as a Volunteer Shopper with Help At Your Door!

In this role you will work to fill grocery orders for Help At Your Door clients. Orders are printed and ready for our shoppers on weekday mornings starting at about 6:00 a.m. Volunteer shoppers take the lists and walk through the stores, finding the items and filling the grocery carts. Volunteers help double-check each cart, assist with the check-out process, and help pack the groceries into totes to be ready for delivery. Shoppers do not pay for or deliver the groceries themselves.

Shopping shifts typically last 3 hours; and shoppers can sign up to help on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Volunteers can work with a family member or friend. Volunteers must have weekday early morning availability to assist with this role.

Help At Your Door has been serving seniors in the Twin Cities for more than 35 years. Due to the pandemic, our grocery shopping and delivery service is more needed than ever.
