Hope Cooperative has been a leading provider of mental health services and supported housing in Sacramento County for nearly 40 years. We provide an array of services -- from crisis intervention to supported employment to intensive case management – that serve more than 6,600 individuals in our community each year. While the visible homeless crisis in our community can seem like an intractable problem, we know that transformation is not only possible for our clients, but at times miraculous. Today we’re reaching out to invite you to join us in our mission to move people from a life on the streets to a life of self-sufficiency.On December 10, 2019, we welcome you to join Hope Cooperative for an unforgettable evening filled with laughter and heartfelt giving at the 8th Annual Stand Up Sacramento Comedy Showcase at the Golden 1 Center with comedians Lance Woods and Aida Rodriguez. This engaging and inspiring evening features a comedy showcase with top comics from around the country, world-class silent and live auctions, and opportunities to mingle with like-minded community leaders, business owners, and celebrities. This year we will be honoring local restaurateurs and mental health advocates Patrick and Bobbin Mulvaney for their “I Got Your Back” mental health initiative as seen on the PBS news hour, the Wall Street Journal online, and other national news broadcasts.
Sponsors and VIPs will enjoy premier seating during the show, special DJ’d lounges with unique experiences, farm-to-fork cuisine, a hosted wine & beer bar, as well as fabulous swag bags. This popular event draws more than 650 guests each year and provides much-needed funds to help house and improve the lives of mentally ill adults and youth experiencing homelessness in our community. Together, we can make a difference.
Thank you for volunteering for Stand Up Sacramento! Our signature event raises necessary funds for our programs.
