The Possibilities Computer Lab Assistant will share their computer skills to help participants learn basic computer competencies using interactive and research-based programs.

For more than 65 years, Familylinks has been proudly serving individuals and families in western Pennsylvania. Last year alone, we served more than 11,000 people. These individuals range from children to seniors, in a variety of neighborhoods, income groups and beliefs. They all have one thing in common - when they turn to Familylinks in their time of need, we are here for them.

Our upcoming annual Familylinks Golf Classic is in its 39th year and has raised more than $4 million since its inception. This is Familylinks largest fundraising event and will raise critical funds needed for our mission. Volunteers are needed to assist with check-in, selling raffle tickets, supervising prize holes, setting up the auction and more.

Opportunity Details

The Abili-Tee's Invitational Golf Outing is our annual, sell-out fundraiser and this year we're budgeted to raise $25,000 to support continued and expanded services for people with disabilities. Volunteers will be assisting throughout the day with various aspects of the event, including but not limited to; running registration, distributing goodies to golfers, assisting with Par 3 hole-in-one games. All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt, complimentary beverage and lunch.

Opportunity Details

Area Residential Care’s Annual Corporate & Community Games is one of our largest fundraisers, raising money to support our mission of empowering people with intellectual disabilities to achieve their highest quality of life. Teams of 8-10 players from businesses around the tri-state area come together to compete by playing several team building, brain-teasing and physical games. Come join us for our silly games for a serious mission!
