The 7th Annual Heroes for Autism 5K and Mile is a fundraising event to support the Freddie Ford Family Foundation in our efforts to support under-served families impacted by autism and raise awareness and acceptance of autism. This event is a family friendly event where participants are provided information about autism.All proceeds from this event go towards funding activities and events for children abd teens with autism so we can keep events free to low cost so that the costs are not a barrier to participation. We host play dates, Autism Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Camp, Trunk or Treat, Holiday Party and teen outings.

Our annual Devon Stern Momentum Golf Tournament is on July 16, 2023. Founded in 1999, the Devon Stern Golf Tournament has raised over $1.5 million to support pediatric programs and services for children with disabilities and medical conditions. The scramble-style tournament is a fun-filled day bringing golfers together with a good reason to spend time on the course. It is a great way to align with Momentum and Momentum WORK, Inc. and our mission to create opportunities for greater independence and inclusion.Volunteers are integral to our success, and together we can make this a great event for all.

Join us September 22nd - 24th at Bike MS: Oregon!Bike MS is the largest charity cycling series in the country. Our community has raised an incredible $1.4 billion to fuel the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s mission to cure MS while empowering people affected by MS to live their best lives.
Bike MS brings together passionate people who connect in communities nationwide and raise funds to change the world for everyone affected by multiple sclerosis. Plans are underway to make this year's event a great weekend of fun and festivities in support of those living with multiple sclerosis, their families, and caregivers.

Alliance for Positive Change is a multiservice organization that provides low-income New Yorkers living with HIV and other chronic conditions with access to quality health care, housing, harm reduction, coaching, peer services, and more. Through our Food and Nutrition Services, we provide daily meals, monthly food pantry, food vouchers, and connection to food and nutrition counseling. Food and Nutrition Services help alleviate food insecurity and stabilize participants so they can focus on their other positive change goals.We need volunteers on the 3rd Tuesday of every month to assist with assembling pantry bags that will be distributed at our four sites.
