Dear Friends of Epilepsy Foundation Texas,We are excited to announce our 2019 Walk to END Epilepsy, a new signature event being held throughout the state AND all across the county. We invite you to join us for this family-friendly walk which raises dollars and awareness for Epilepsy Foundation Texas’ programs & services including camps, clinics, & epilepsy education. The El Paso Walk to End Epilepsy will be held on Saturday, March 30th at Ascarate Park. We hope to count on your support so we may continue to lead the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.
The Epilepsy Foundation relies on the support of the community to provide services to Texans struggling with the heartbreak of seizures. Your sponsorship would provide medical care and prescription assistance, support groups, and art therapy for people living with seizures. Furthermore, seizure recognition and first aid education and training are made available in area schools and community organizations. In addition, over 300 children and teens diagnosed with epilepsy attend our three week-long residential summer camps. All programs and services at Epilepsy Foundation Texas are offered at no cost to our families coping with this expensive medical condition. The Epilepsy Foundation is very committed to those we serve, therefore 95 cents of every dollar are allocated directly to our programs and services.
Please review the enclosed information about event sponsorship and select an appropriate level of giving. Depending on which sponsorship level you choose, you will receive various benefits such as the ability to have your own table at the event to distribute information and promotional materials, inclusion of your logo on our Walk to End Epilepsy advertising materials and event website, your company banner displayed at the event venue and much more.
For questions, please visit www.texaswalktoendepilepsy.org or contact me at tschuler@eftx.org or 888-548-9716 ext. 403. Thank you in advance for your consideration of this request and for supporting children and adults living with epilepsy.
Let’s walk together to End Epilepsy!
In sincere gratitude for your generosity,
Tiffany Schuler
Development Team Leader
