Crowddoing Accounting Outreach Volunteer
We need an accounting meta volunteer to help us lead a pod of volunteer accountants to help the social enterprises in a coordinated way who have requested Accounting help.

We are creating virtual volunteer opportunities of people who want to volunteer for 100 hours over the next 6 months who plan to make a 3 hour period available one day a week for most weeks to help Match4Action create accounting processes and procedures for stage 2 and stage three of M4Action's work, scenario plan, identify accounting needs for partners of the initiative to ensure compliance with M4Action's goals of helping social enterprises, creating tax benefits for them, and helping them to grow through service learning.This is to help Match4Action (http://match4action.org is the partner of CrowdDoing along with Reframe It)

This will help social enterprises find a way to their next level through both expertise and tax benefits. Expertise is provided by volunteers engaging in extending service learning, interdisciplinary public problem solving and creating impact in communities as a consequence.

We are early in our work and need a lot of help both helping social enterprises and getting our institution to the next level of scale of capacity so that we can have the impact we are seeking to have. But we need people with a vast variety of talents to seize micro leadership opportunities. We've learned from the Success of Open Source by Stephen Weber that volunteerism works best when an individual can identify something that they can do really well that they really want to work on and then get out of their way until their work needs to cross reference with the whole. We try to learn from that by mixing auto-didacts and highly qualified professionals in inter-disciplinary volunteer cohorts working to help social enterprises thrive. Please help us help the social enterprise movement to thrive stronger than it has before.

Proving the funding needed to offer poor African village women the 'Hand-up' they need to break the cycle of poverty is a continuing challenge. So as the number of women we support exceed 7000 women in Madagascar, Ghana and Nigeria in 2019, we desperately need help.

We need an Annual giving officer who will be responsible for creating our fundraising strategies and organize our donations campaigns.

We need you to carry out research, make connections with both personal donors as well as corporate giving programs, interact and secure funds through grant opportunities. The giving officer will also work on encouraging previous donors to continue to contribute and increase their gifts.

Our volunteers are responsible for all our success. We know you’re out there, we hope you’ll join us to give a Hand-up', and change the course of the lives of women and children who have no one to turn to.

CrowdDoing has multiple anti-poverty/economic development oriented research programs, including crypto projects that have an anti-poverty consequence, medicinal foods as affordable accessible medicine, up-skilling through service learning as a faster educational upward mobility mechanism. We are planning to begin a research program into zero subsidy affordable housing mechanisms.

CrowdDoing Research Program Managers help to ensure our global virtual volunteers collaborate to advance impact research objectives, achieve service learning, and maintain quality control rigor.

Research Program Managers connect skills in inter-disciplinary research, project management, program management, community management, and social media content marketing to advance a research cluster of global virtual collaborators.
CrowdDoing organizes global volunteers to contribute to systemic change through micro-leadership including in dimensions our own operations.
CrowdDoing (a joint initiative of Reframe It and M4AFoundation) are looking for pro bono volunteers to help us scale. Our scaling operations team will help us coordinate existing programs with new departments an initiatives.
